Employee Relations & Recruiter (HR)

Diverse Staffing is seeking a motivated Staffing Recruiter to support end-to-end recruiting and onboarding while partnering with clients to meet workforce needs. This role is based onsite in Lebanon, Indiana , with some flexibility outside standard business hours to accommodate customer needs, employee check-ins, orientations, and staffing requirements.
Key Responsibilities Recruit, source, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates.
Support high-volume hiring activities and maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, candidates, and temporary employees.
Handle employee inquiries and support employee relations matters.
Collaborate with Client Services Managers to improve service delivery and candidate quality.
Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and safety requirements.
Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED .
1 or more years of experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, or a client-facing role.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) .
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience using recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed .
Experience with AI recruiting tools and technology.

Schedule and Work Location Monday through Friday , 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM .
Flexibility to work outside standard business hours as needed to support customer needs, employee check-ins, orientations, and staffing requirements.
Occasional local travel to customer sites, job fairs, and onboarding events may be required.
