Registered Nurse, PRN/Flex - ICU
Proforma Health Inc
We are seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses (RNs) for PRN opportunities in Arlington, VA.
Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care in a critical care setting, administer medications and treatments, monitor and assess patient conditions, document accurately, collaborate with healthcare teams, respond to changes in patient status, and adhere to safety standards.
Qualifications: Active and unrestricted RN license, minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience, current BLS certification, strong critical care assessment and clinical skills, and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. Must pass background checks and onboarding requirements.
Benefits include weekly pay, direct deposit, flexible scheduling, and dedicated recruiter support. This W2 position offers competitive pay at $48/hr, with 12-hour shifts available, supporting critically ill patients in a professional acute care environment.
