Our Story We started out as a small operation in California. In May 1969, we acquired four hospitals, some additional care facilities and real estate for the future development of hospitals. Over the years, we've grown tremendously in size, scope and capability, building a home in new markets over time, and curating those homes to provide a compassionate environment for those entrusting us with their care.

Our Impact Today Today, we are leading health system and services platform that continues to evolve in lockstep with community need. Tenet's operations include three businesses - our hospitals and physicians, USPI and Conifer Health Solutions.
Our impact spreads far and deep with 65 hospitals and approximately 510 outpatient centers and additional sites of care. The work Conifer is doing will help provide the foundation for better health for clients across the country, through the delivery of healthcare-focused revenue cycle management and value-based care solutions.

The Executive Assistant plays a key role in supporting the executive team and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support, assist with project management, and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information will be critical in this role.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
Assist with project management activities, including research, data analysis, and preparation of project documentation.
Maintain confidential files and records, exercising discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Assist with budget management and expense tracking, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and reporting requirements.
Coordinate and oversee administrative processes, such as document management, record-keeping, and supply inventory.
Serve as a liaison between the executive team, departmental staff, and external stakeholders, maintaining effective communication and collaboration.
Support the implementation of administrative policies, procedures, and initiatives, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field highly desired. High school diploma/GED required.
- Proven experience in providing administrative support at an executive or senior management level.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, TEAMS.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
