Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist for our corporate human resources department in Romeoville, IL.
primary duties are focused in the areas of recruitment, hiring, benefits administration, employee relations, and auditing of key HR functions. Manage communication of HR policies and procedures to all company employees.

Manage the recruitment process for the organization.
Post job openings on job boards, outreach agencies, ADP, etc.
Create offer letters for new hires as needed.
Primary contact for all campus recruiting.
Collaborate with the HR Supervisor with event planning and employee engagement events
Collaborate with the HR Supervisor with coordinating wellness programs
Monitor completion of scheduled performance reviews
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and/or equivalent work experience is preferred. A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in human resources is required; Position requires strong computer skills in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as supplemental life and disability benefits.
