University Veterinary Hospital is hiring a Client Service Representative! Role: Client Service Representative (CSR) / Veterinary Receptionist Status: Full-time Salary: $19.18-$22.00, dependent upon experience Schedule: 4-day work week; no nights or on-call shifts

University Veterinary Hospital is a team-oriented, five-doctor practice looking to add a Client Service Representative to our exceptional team. Schedule appointments for wellness visits, surgeries, procedures, rechecks, and urgent care appointments

Answer phones and assist clients with questions and hospital services

Assist with prescription processing and client education regarding medication administration

Process invoices, collect payments, and maintain accurate financial records

Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the reception and waiting areas

Utilize practice management software and hospital systems efficiently and accurately

High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred

Prior customer service experience required; veterinary or medical office experience preferred

Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email applications

Knowledge of veterinary products and services preferred

Professional telephone etiquette and customer service skills
