By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA Services and for the people who work here.NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Program Manager to join our team in Tempe, Arizona (US-AZ), United States (US).Summary:Lead work to lay out the detail supply chain planning implementation plan.Manage the project performance (e.g., delivery on commitments, quality, responsiveness, reliability) and financial performance (e.g., Create and maintain a project schedule, by which the Project Manager can actively manage all assigned resources on the project, including IT resources, business resources, external vendor(s), etc. Ensures these resources are executing their project tasks (e.g., Establish and maintain appropriate relationships with Solution Development, Solution Operations and Business Sponsors. Acts as focal point for assigned project-related activities.Maintain awareness and oversight of project activities through proper status reporting to ensure a timely resolution of project execution issues, including changes in scope, quality/reliability issues, and resource constraints. Responsible for project sponsor satisfaction with project delivery and functionality.Ensure projects follow IT’s standard project development methodology and that the project conforms to IT defined standards for security and technical architecture.Direct the project process, assigns responsibilities/tasks to team members, and consults with subject matter experts as needed. Maintains the project workbook (risks, issues, decision log, team contact list, calendar, etc)Coordinate and manage all necessary communications in order to drive the project through the project delivery process (status meetings, defect review meetings, project report outs, risk review and escalations, supplier review, etc). Manage and/or execute the business readiness activities (training, user set up in test and production clients, request and test security changes to support the project, etc)Facilitate and support compliance requirements and process requirementsManage the time, quality, communication, risk and procurement management (statement of work, e-auction) elements of the project.Engage leadership and stakeholders at appropriate intervals for the risk, complexity, criticality of the project.Planningand delivery of Integrated Supply Chain application projects is a must.Integreated Business Planning (e.g. SAP IBP, Anaplan, Kinaxis, etc.)Coordinate between SI partner, corporate supply chain, SBG supply chain, and corporate IT teamsManage large scale business transformation initiatives with associated change managementProvide effective performance reporting for the customer and company in order to monitor the progress of the project.Use MS Project; JIRAApproximately 30% travel required primarily within the USBasic Qualifications:5 + years of Project Management experience around software development5+ years of business transformation experience/supply chain5+ years PMO experienceINDAPPSThis position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
