Join our vibrant team at the Beachcomber Beachfront Hotel as a Front Desk Agent for the lively 3pm to 11pm shift! Be the friendly face that welcomes our visitors to paradise and helps create memorable stays in beautiful Panama City Beach, FL.
Handle reservations, phone inquiries, and guest requests with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and securely
- Provide local recommendations and assist guests in making their stay unforgettable
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Keep the front desk area neat, organized, and inviting
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
- Basic computer skills and comfort using reservation systems
- Availability to work the 3pm to 11pm shift
Competitive pay at $15.00 per hour, paid weekly
