Attorney - associate - law

Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, with a primary focus on personal injury cases.

Conduct legal research and analysis, prepare legal documents, and advise clients on their legal rights.

Collaborate with legal support staff to ensure all case files, documentation, and reports are accurate and up-to-date.

Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of changes in law and legal practice.

Provide legal counsel to Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring their understanding of complex legal issues and proceedings.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

A minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, with a strong track record in civil litigation and personal injury law.

Excellent legal research, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proficient in drafting legal documents and correspondence.

Fluent in Spanish, with the ability to provide legal counsel to Spanish-speaking clients.
