What You'll Do Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health.
Develop and coordinate patient-centered care plans.
Communicate and implement the plan of care effectively.
Provide ongoing communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Administer medications utilizing advanced bar-scanning technologies.
Maintain competencies and certifications for facility accreditation.
Associate in Nursing or diploma of Nursing degree required; Experience: 6+ months of relevant nursing experience or participation in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.
Licenses & Certifications: Current RN License in New Jersey required by date of hire.
