CNC Programmer | Mastercam | CNC Lathes & Mills | Growth-Focused Opportunity

Are you a CNC Programmer who enjoys hands-on machining as much as programming? We're looking for a skilled professional to program, set up, and operate CNC lathes and mills while producing high-quality, short-run components used in industrial and commercial paint sprayer systems.

Clean, Well-Maintained Machine Shop

Program new CNC parts and components using Mastercam .

Set up and operate CNC lathes and CNC mills for short-run production.

Collaborate with engineering teams to develop efficient manufacturing processes.

Operate and monitor 1-3 machines simultaneously while maintaining quality and productivity.

Inspect finished parts using:

Other precision measuring equipment

Perform self-inspections and document quality results.

Support production of components utilized in downstream assembly operations.

Associate's Degree or Technical Degree in Machine Tool Technology, Machining, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of Mastercam programming experience.

Experience setting up and operating CNC lathes and CNC mills.

Experience using precision measuring equipment, including micrometers, calipers, and pin gauges.

CNC machine setup

CNC operations

Ability to manage multiple machines while maintaining quality standards.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision manufacturing.

Experience performing complete machine setups on equipment such as:

Citizen Swiss Machines

G-Code and M-Code programming experience.

Experience across various CNC machining centers and machine platforms.

Familiarity with industrial manufacturing components and mechanical assemblies.

Experience working in low-volume or short-run production environments.

This position is based in a large, modern, and exceptionally well-maintained machine shop. You'll work with CNC lathes, mills, and machining centers in a professional manufacturing environment focused on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

This is a Permanent position based out of Rogers, MN.
