We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to lead warehouse and distribution operations while fostering a culture focused on safety, accountability, customer service, and continuous improvement.

Lead and oversee daily warehouse and distribution center operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment

Drive operational excellence through KPI management, productivity improvements, and process optimization

Ensure compliance with all company policies, OSHA regulations, safety standards, and operating procedures

Manage labor planning, staffing, scheduling, and workflow prioritization

Monitor inventory accuracy and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies

Partner with transportation, sales, customer service, and supply chain teams to ensure excellent customer service

Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, safety, and cost reduction

Maintain high standards of warehouse organization, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance

Support onboarding, performance management, employee development, and corrective action processes

Analyze operational data and reporting to identify trends and improve overall performance

Ensure outbound and inbound freight operations meet customer expectations and delivery timelines

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and operational leadership experience

Prior experience leading supervisors and large hourly teams preferred

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping/receiving, and safety compliance

Experience with WMS, ERP, SAP, or related operational systems

Proven ability to drive performance, accountability, and process improvement

Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and coaching skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Forklift/PIV experience or certification preferred

Frequent use of computers, handheld devices, and warehouse equipment
