FULL-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE PROFESSIONAL

Language Requirement: Fluency in English and Spanish is required.Academic Req: Required – High School Diploma, or equivalent; Required – 2 plus years related experience and/or training; Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards that are applicable to this position.Ensure proper National School Lunch Program data is collected and communicated to the National School Lunch Program Director in a timely manner.Accurately maintain employee monthly monitoring accountability reports.Submit timely and accurate Discharge Data and Detail Release reports.Submit variance requests on a child’s length of stay to State licensing.Communicate effectively and professionally by phone or face-to-face with agency staff, vendors, community members and regulatory and contract staff.Participate in scheduled meetings and team decisions and operations.Work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed or requested by supervisor.Implement Compass Connections safety protocols including evacuating with children and other staff in case of an emergency.Maintain confidentiality in all areas of the service population and program operations.Maintain Compass Connections professional and ethical standards of conduct outlined in Compass Connections employee handbook including demonstrating respect for agency staff, children, and community members and complying with required dress code at all times.Draft general correspondence, memos, charts, etc. Collect, maintain, and retrieve data from files as needed.Communicate effectively in writing and verbally in English and Spanish.Maintain computer literacy required to meet the responsibilities of the positione. Work effectively and without intensive supervision both independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team.Demonstrate a working knowledge of all Compass Connections policies and procedures.Compass Connections is committed to following immunization recommendations produced by the U.As such, our company policy requires that all employees must receive an annual Influenza vaccination or obtain an approved exemption as a medical or religious accommodation.
