Job Responsibilities
Onboarding new caregivers
Monitoring aide compliance
Organizing and maintaining files
Preparing documentation and submitting appropriately
Handling administrative requests from director
Job Qualifications
$45,760 - $52,000
Strong organizational skills
Must speak fluent English AND fluent Spanish
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and general computer literacy
Experience with HHA Exchange a plus
