Job Description Key Responsibilities
# HR Operations & Administration

Assist in updating and maintaining the Employee Handbook and HR policies
Support daily HR operations including attendance, leave, and travel management
# Benefits Administration Support

Support administration of employee benefits including medical, 401(k), and life/disability insurance
Respond to employee inquiries related to HR and benefits
# HR Data & System Management

Maintain and update employee and payroll data in SAP ERP and ADP Payroll systems
Support HR system operations and data accuracy
# Recruitment & Onboarding/Offboarding

Support recruitment processes (job postings, interview coordination, documentation)
Assist with onboarding for new hires and offboarding for departing employees
# General Affairs & Office Administration

Manage corporate card usage and expense processing
Support office operations, facility management, and vendor coordination
Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized work environment
# Administrative Support

Provide HR and administrative support to management and internal teams
Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, general affairs, or administrative roles
• Basic understanding of HR operations and processes
• Experience with SAP, ADP Payroll, or similar ERP/payroll systems preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
