Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full-Time- Healthcare

Available Shifts

Full-Time 7:00am-7:00pm
Full-Time 7:00pm-7:00am
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the RN and physician as appropriate.
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and state regulations.
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional resident care.
Support residents and families with compassionate, respectful care.
Active Ohio LPN license required.
Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
