Undergraduate Recruiter

Search Solution Group is seeking a Corporate Recruiter on behalf of our client, a company that specializes in foundation repair, waterproofing, and concrete solutions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the organization is staffed with top-tier talent by managing full-cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring managers, and maintaining seamless communication and process accuracy throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Advise hiring managers on recruiting best practices, HR compliance, company policies, and departmental procedures
Coordinate with Human Resources, hiring managers, and staffing teams to confirm hiring needs
Update and maintain active requisition data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) on a weekly basis
Manage the ATS and document all open requisitions and candidate activity, including interview notes, feedback, and hiring documentation
Partner with approved recruiting agencies as needed
Conduct intake calls to review requirements, establish interview schedules, and define recruitment strategies
Source and recruit qualified candidates through active and passive methods using platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn
Schedule in-person and/or virtual interviews; coordinate candidate travel when needed
Provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders; track progress toward recruiting goals
Draft and extend verbal and written offer letters and assist with negotiations
Maintain productive relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and internal stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, OR equivalent work experience

Three or more years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience required

Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems
Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Strong customer service abilities (internal and external)
HR professional certification preferred but not required

Understanding of talent acquisition and HR principles, practices, and procedures

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
