Position Overview Senior Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruiting across the business, partnering with hiring managers to bring exceptional talent and deliver an extraordinary candidate experience. Own end-to-end hiring lifecycle (talent identification through offer close) with strong ATS (Greenhouse) data integrity and process adherence.
Key Responsibilities Create the best candidate experience, from initial outreach to close
Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs
Develop sourcing and recruiting strategies to generate diverse candidate pools (current and future roles)
Collaborate with hiring managers on recruiting strategies
Build and maintain candidate pipelines via LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, etc.
Research and identify prospective talent for qualified candidate pipelines for specialized roles
Manage recruiting process with emphasis on ATS data integrity (Greenhouse)
Assist with Talent Acquisition projects and other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications Bachelor's + 5+ years related experience, or Master's + 2+ years related experience
Progressive Talent Acquisition experience; advanced knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting
Experienced relationship builder with candidates and hiring managers
sensitive/confidential information
Strong customer service and candidate-centric mindset
Equity grant; bonus eligible
