Process and prepare commercial, consumer, and real estate loans using LaserPro and DecisionPro.
Order and review title work, flood certifications, credit reports, appraisals, and appraisal reviews.
Monitor transactions for loan policy exceptions before document preparation.
File mortgages, deeds of trust, and liens for titled collateral.
Ensure all processes comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Support additional projects and duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related business field preferred
