We're partnering with a growing firm seeking a skilled Civil Litigation Attorney to join their team in Florida. Handle a diverse caseload across civil, corporate, and commercial litigation
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda
Navigate matters involving federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
5+ years of experience as a civil trial attorney

• Proven strength in legal research and writing
• Highly organized with solid technical/computer skills
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload and meet billing expectations (35+ hours/week)
