Engage in collaboration with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation specialists to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients
Meticulously document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress following facility protocols and regulatory standards
Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and conferences to facilitate coordinated and comprehensive care
A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Valid state licensure for practicing as a Physical Therapist
Proficiency in treating patients with complex medical and mobility challenges
Comfortable using electronic health records and clinical documentation systems
