Administering diverse therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, modalities (such as ultrasound, heat/ice therapy, and electrical stimulation), and patient education.
Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve rehabilitation goals.
Documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries following departmental policies and industry standards.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment while adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
Experience: Previous experience in outpatient physical therapy settings is preferred.
Licensure: Must possess or be eligible to acquire a valid Physical Therapist license in the state upon hire.
A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program is mandatory.
Care Focus: Proficiency in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to various patients, including those with orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions.
Capable of independently lifting up to 30 pounds and up to 150 pounds with assistance.
