The Rabourn Company is a long-established commercial insurance agency with a strong reputation for customer service and long-term client relationships. We’re looking for an Operations Manager to help keep the business running smoothly day to day.
This is a full-time leadership role where you’d oversee office operations, support staff, improve workflows, and help maintain efficient systems across the agency. You’d work closely with employees, clients, vendors, and leadership to make sure everything stays organized, productive, and customer-focused.
A bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, or a related field
Experience with accounting processes and office operations
Comfort using agency management systems plus Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook
Financial & Accounting
Accounts receivable/payable
Financial reporting and reconciliations
Bank statement reconciliation
Preparing documents for CPAs, insurers, and government agencies
HR & Team Management
Managing staff and reviewing work
Payroll and time tracking
Training and staff support
Operations & Office Management
Office equipment and leases
Building and storage coordination
Computer/equipment maintenance and purchasing
General office upkeep
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
One remote day per week (currently Wednesdays)

Office located in south Bellevue with free parking and nice surroundings
