HR/Recruiting Generalist

Track status of candidates in HRIS and respond with follow-up communication through the entirety of the recruiting process.
Assist applicants and employees with recruiting and onboarding questions.
Provide leadership team with recruiting and additional reports.
Participate in NEO presentation, covering HRIS overview and Personnel Policy.
Ensure compliance with all credit union policies and procedures.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Two years of HR experience or equivalent education and experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office products; Employee medical coverage 90% paid by OKCU
