Head of Operations & Business Management

As a Operations Manager II, you'll be responsible for providing a best-in-class experience to our eaters and our chefs.

Your time will be spent running the daily operations of the entire New York market, as well as driving improvement measures, and operational strategy.

You will help to elevate the standard, streamline processes, and provide efficient guidelines to the Kitchen, Warehouse, Food Safety, Fulfillment and Logistics departments, ensuring they are all set for success. Success for this role will be measured by customer satisfaction and profitability of operations, constantly identifying key opportunities and spearheading projects focused on effectively scaling our business for growth.

Monitor real-time operations to ensure adherence to SOPs.
Ensure compliance with KPIs (Sealed Meals Per Hour, Labor, Food Safety Compliance)
Labor Management / Scheduling of associates / ensuring they are briefed and aligned on daily objectives.
Supervise and support team members during operational hours, and coordinate effective shift handovers

Resource Management
Identify and report any resource gaps to senior management.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track and analyze performance metrics during shifts.
Prepare end-of-shift reports summarizing activities, issues, and resolutions.
Maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams, including IT, Customer Support, and Quality Assurance.
Experience in cold storage (preferred), operations, logistics, or a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field preferred.
Proficiency in relevant tools and software (e.g., Stock Options Plan granted on Day 1

All final pay rates will be determined by candidates experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
