Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 35 years of experience in aerospace sales with a strong technical foundation
Experience supporting OEMs, Airlines, and/or MRO customers
Proven ability to solve technical customer challenges in collaboration with engineering teams
Demonstrated success in new business development and account growth
Ability to travel frequently (50%+)
Serve as the primary technical interface between customers and internal engineering teams
Capture customer requirements and translate them into engineered solutions
Provide technical guidance on product capabilities, applications, and system integration
Manage and expand long-term customer relationships throughout the Americas
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
