TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Euclid, Ohio, 44119!

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry
Contract | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit during night shift hours
Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using Epic electronic health records
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Participate in holiday coverage rotation, working at minimum every other holiday
Minimum of 18 months of permanent Medical Surgical Telemetry RN experience
Active permanent Ohio RN license or valid Compact State license in hand at time of submission
Epic charting experience within the last 6 months is required
One professional reference from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty from an assignment worked within the past 12 months (Charge RN references accepted)
18 months of Med/Surg Telemetry experience obtained within a single facility location
~ Prior travel nursing experience with familiarity navigating health system compliance requirements

Contract lengths of 13 or 20 weeks available, offering flexibility for your travel schedule
