Customer Service Ambassador Needed

What you get to do:

Greet guests and provide park information to our visitors

Perform guest check‑in/check‑out functions

Provide informational tours for small groups of up to 12 guests

Maintain private cabanas in both service and cleanliness

Assist with VIP coordination/special events

Quickly resolve guest challenges by providing exceptional guest service

Distribute available lockers to our guests, while maintaining cleanliness of locker facilities

Maintain cleanliness of all park areas including trash removal and sweeping

Maintain a safe work environment

Perform other duties as assigned

What it takes to succeed:

Previous experience in a customer service role

A working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications

Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills

Unable to stand for long periods of time

Unable to walk in sand

Unable to lift 40 pounds

Unable to push/pull 50 pounds

Unable to work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions and temperature extremes

Available to work 3 full days per week, including at least 1 weekend full day

Possession of a valid state driver’s license preferred

Bilingual preferred (Portuguese a plus)
