One nurse. Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available
Shifts: Days, Nights, Evenings, and Weekends
Patient Population: Children and young adults with trachs, ventilators, and G-tubes
Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
Assess and monitor your patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team
Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment

Night Shift Differential, 7 nights/week 7p-7a: +$2.00/hour
Saturday/Sunday Shift Differential, Saturday 12a-Mon 12a: +$2.00/hour
