Assistant Personnel Officer demonstrates a positive, can-do attitude, and is committed to building a team that is passionate about providing superior customer service that makes a meaningful impact. In this role you will drive strategies that support employee personnel and payroll, policy development and training and organizational excellence. This position is located at the newly renovated New Labor Agency Building in downtown Sacramento at:
1416 9th Street, 13th Floor
We offer a hybrid work schedule that is consistent with the department’s telework policy. The incumbent works in an office and telework setting. The Human Resources Office space is established with sit/stand cubicle workstations and exposed to natural and artificial lighting. The incumbent will use a computer and office equipment including a printer, copier, and telephone.
