Academy Dean of Students

Job Description

Dean of Students at Rosemary Clarke Middle School (grades 6‑8) for the 2026‑2027 school year. Salary range: $98,209 – $133,503. Assist the principal with all assigned activities on site, primarily responsible for discipline and attendance, and provide support for curriculum, instruction, assessment, and accountability.

Responsibilities

Assist the principal with school-wide responsibilities

Primary responsibility for discipline and attendance

Support curriculum, instruction, assessment, and accountability

Qualifications

Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Administration

Successful administrative experience preferred

Minimum of five years of classroom teaching experience in a school system

Licenses & Certifications

Valid Nevada Department of Education Administrative and Teaching license with endorsement(s) related to an administrative assignment

Working Conditions

Office or suitable workspace to carry out the functions of the position description.
