Direct Support Professional(DSP)
$16-$19/hour | Overnight Sleep Shifts $12/hour
Locations: Meridian • Boise • Nampa

Available Shifts Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM ($16-19/hour)
Evening Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM ($16-19/hour)
Overnight Sleep Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM ($12/hour)
Weekend Pay Differential Available
Services are provided in participants\' homes and throughout the community.
What We\'Re Looking For At least 18 years old
High school diploma, GED, or ability to complete required documentation
Valid driver\'s license with a good driving record
Ability to assist with mobility and activities of daily living
Strong observation and documentation skills
Meet employment and health requirements
Experience is a plus—but not required! If you have a caring heart and a positive attitude, we\'ll teach you the rest.
