Head of Project Management

Project Manager (Northern WI)Beautiful Northern WI has spectacular views, with outdoor sports plentiful in all four seasons. National FDA-regulated food production organization seeks a Project Manager to assist internal departments of Sales, Product Development, Marketing, Production, Logistics, & Warehouse with new customers &/or new product orders. This professional will be reporting to the Director of Operations and working with the Sales Team and commercialization. This role will not be price quoting but will need strong communication, multi-tasking, team-oriented, and project management skills to manage the process from end-to-end, post-sales contracts completed.This role is 100% on-site, and little travel will be required.Lead the onboarding of a new customer(s) and new product(s)Support necessary internal submission where appropriate: samples, quotes, artwork submission, intent to commercializeSet agendas, lead meetings, and communicate executed expectations to internal and external stakeholdersUtilizing MS Office software for spreadsheets, presentations, etc., is neededProven years of experience in project management, supply chain, & business development are a must for this roleA Self-starter and a strong organizational, written, and verbal communicator will allow a professional to be successful in this roleOne must be able to work independently but also will work with a small teamA Bachelor's Degree is required in Business Management or Supply Chain (or related field)A minimum of eight years of experience in a similar role within an FDA-regulated facility/organization is neededThe compensation can go up to 125K, depending on experienceRelocation assistance is offered for this role
