Mortgage Loan Underwriter
Reviews and evaluates residential mortgage loans to ensure underwriting standards are met. Reviews and evaluates information on mortgage loan documents to determine if buyer, property and loan conditions meet established investor standards for all conventional, private investor and portfolio loans.
• Meet all departmental goals for productivity, quality, and turnaround time.
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; Compliance Statement: The associate is responsible for meeting all compliance requirements imposed on First Financial Bank by State and Federal law and regulation, as well as all related First Financial Bank policies and procedures. This includes all Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, OFAC and Suspicious Activity reporting requirements, as well as all other lending and deposit compliance requirements.
All roles are incentive eligible with the exception of Co-Op, Intern, or Student positions.
