Head of Facility Management

Our client, a leading organization in the facilities management sector, is seeking a dedicated Facilities Coordinator to join their team. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the operations team supporting various facility-related functions. Develop and implement comprehensive facility management programs, including preventative maintenance and lifecycle planning.

Supervise maintenance and repair activities for facilities and equipment, ensuring operational efficiency.

Lead, manage, and develop the facilities staff, including coordinating with external contractors and vendors.

Oversee facility refurbishment, renovations, and space utilization to optimize resources.

Manage budgets, track expenditures, and analyze variances to ensure cost-effective operations.

Strong knowledge of engineering principles and complex facility management practices.

Experience in construction, workflow management, and procurement processes.

Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to lead and manage teams and projects effectively.

Engagement in meaningful projects that impact daily operations.
