Janitor Custodial and Janitorial Part-time 18.00 Hourly Education High School Diploma or GED Travel Security Clearance Required: The Janitor will work under the direction of the assigned Project Manager and provide custodial services as directed. There is a full range of custodial duties related to the care, maintenance and cleaning of all assigned buildings located at the Casper Field Office, 5600 W. Place trash in plastic bags and remove it to the Government-furnished container. Non-carpeted floors and concrete (if any) shall be cleaned, including exposed floor areas under furniture and equipment. Caution shall be taken to avoid damage to furniture and equipment. Carpeted floors and mats shall be vacuumed, including exposed areas under furniture and equipment. Caution shall be taken to avoid damage to furniture and equipment. Clean floor in designated area between three doors in the main building garage Drinking Fountains, Kitchens and Employee Lounges shall be clean and sanitized. Dusting, Shall be accomplished on all horizontal and vertical services, ledges and operational equipment. Tabletops are to be free of fingerprints and smudges. Surface Cleaning, Clean areas of woodwork, walls, baseboards, trim, doors, partitions, internal building windows, and handrails. The following services shall be performed once per week: Clean and sanitize all door handles in main building, breezeway and communications shop. Clean all door windows and accessible windows (all but outside of second floor windows) including breezeway. Shall remove paper designated for recycling in copy room (one for magazines and one for office paper) and dispose in the designated recycling dumpster. Stripping, Remove all old finish or wax from floors. Proven experience as custodian, janitor or in a similar role. Knowledge of use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances. Knowledge of safe disposal of chemical liquids and hazardous components. High school diploma is preferred but not required. Pursuant to Government Contract, you must be a U.S. Citizen.
