Temp Bilingual Recruiter

We are hiring an experienced recruiter to join our team in Woburn, MA!
Screen & Match: Conduct phone screenings to evaluate candidate fit for light industrial roles.
Build Talent Pools: Connect with English and Spanish-speaking job seekers across the local community.
Guide Candidates: Support applicants through the hiring process from initial call to placement.
Fluent in English & Spanish: Great on the Phone: Comfortable and confident conducting high-volume candidate calls.
Recruiting experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and communication skills are what count most!
22 - $25 per hour
shift: Sourcing Talent - Find active and passive candidates using Randstad App, job boards, career fairs, and professional networks
Screening and Interviewing - Review resumes and conduct quick phone calls or initial video chats to test basic skills and fits
Schedule interviews, track candidate progress in a database, and give feedback to applicants
