Job Summary System Engineer Se at Nightwing CODEX directly supporting mission critical needs. We solve complex and critical problems in partnership with mission customers. Serves as a scrum master in an agile environment following the software development product lifecycle. This position requires traditional SE processes such as contributing to the development of sections of systems engineering documentation such as System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirements specifications, and Interface Control Documents. Assist with the development of system requirements, functional requirements, and allocation of the same to individual hardware, software, facility, and personnel components. Coordinate the resolution of action items from Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings, design reviews, program reviews, and test reviews that require crossdiscipline coordination. Participate in the development of system engineering documentation, such as System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirements Specifications, and Interface Control Documents. Role Type This position is a hybrid position Basic Qualifications: Typically requires Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university and Seven 7 years' experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Five 5 years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. Understanding of agile processes, Java, confluence, Jira, SE models, AWS, requirements, architecture designs, clear and concise communications, collaborative working style with internal and external stakeholders. S. government issued TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required prior to start date.
