Registered Nurse - Nursing - 2nd Shift, Full-time/Part-time

We're looking for a Charge Nurse who is excited to join our passionate, authentic, and courageous team. Our Charge Nurses lead by example and provide supervision, direction, and support to nursing staff while ensuring compassionate and compliant care for all patients.
Oversee nursing staff and daily nursing operations during assigned shifts

Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders

Monitor patient conditions and report changes to medical staff

Support new staff training and mentoring

Respond to emergency situations and incidents

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient care planning

Provide compassionate and individualized care in alignment with clinical protocols

Qualifications: Current RN licensure in good standing

2+ years of experience in nursing, behavioral health or substance use treatment preferred
