Head of Services - Support and Managed

The Convention Services Manager (CSM) is responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of group meetings, conferences, banquets, and special events at South Shore Harbour Resort. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients, the sales team, and resort operations to ensure seamless event delivery, exceptional guest satisfaction, and achievement of revenue goals.

Manage all details of convention, group, and social events from contract turnover through post-event follow-up.

Supervise event setup and execution, ensuring service standards and client expectations are met or exceeded.

Serve as on-site contact for clients responding promptly to requests and resolving any issues.

Provide consultative support on event design, décor, and technical needs to enhance client satisfaction and event quality.

Partner closely with culinary, banquet, AV, and front office teams to ensure operational excellence.

Proficiency with event management software (e.g., Delphi) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering memorable experiences.

Ability to work occasional nights & weekends as required by event demands

This position requires two working Saturdays a month .
