Responsible for the acquisition of sufficient qualified candidates for employment to support the staffing needs of Woods System of Care / Affiliates. Responsible for developing, coordinating and monitoring employment activities that pertain to the needs of Woods System of Care / Affiliates. Ensures compliance with Federal, State, and local employment regulations.

Develops, coordinates and maintains employment practices and systems that ensure compliance with Federal, State, and program specific regulations pertaining to hiring, promotions, transfers, and record retention.

Coordinates internal and external recruitment activities and strategies in collaboration with programs and departments.

Attends job fairs and career fairs to promote employment opportunities at Woods System of Care / Affiliates.

Reviews and screens applications and resumes.

Reviews and maintains information in the applicant tracking system / HCM. Utilizes the applicant database to select qualified candidates and tracks pertinent recruitment information.

Conducts phone screenings / video screening and monitors applicant testing when applicable.

Develops and maintains positive relationships with all affiliate staff, hiring managers and directors to whom employment services and recruitment are provided.

Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; Reviews employment procedures and requirements with newly hired employees, transfers and promotions. Assists with scheduling newly hired employees, transfers, and promotions in order to ensure that all post-hiring forms are completed, copies of all required documents for personnel file are obtained and proper orientation/training is completed.

Ensures all policies and procedures pertaining to employment activities are followed.

Assists the Human Resources Department as needed.

Performs other duties as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager or VP of Talent acquisition.

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Experience in Human Resources, recruitment, health care or human services preferred.

Computer literacy is required.
