Senior Full Desk Recruiter

DaMar Staffing Solutions of Indianapolis is rebuilding and scaling a high-performing staffing division and is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial recruiter to help lead future growth. This is a true full desk opportunity responsible for: business development, client relationship management, recruiting and placements, workforce solutions, account growth and retention.

This role is ideal for professionals who are motivated by performance, autonomy, relationship-building, and long-term financial growth. Develop new client relationships through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and client meetings

Generate job orders and manage client accounts

Recruit, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates

Build and maintain talent pipelines

Manage recruiting workflows within ATS/CRM systems

Maintain recruiting and sales activity metrics

Staffing, recruiting, sales, or business development experience preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Comfortable with outbound outreach and client development

Experience using ATS or CRM systems preferred
