Job Overview
Pasadena City College is seeking a Police Officer for the Business & Administrative Services Department. The position is located at 1570 E. Colorado Blvd., Pasadena, CA and is a full‑time role open continuously until filled.
Salary & Sign‑On Bonus
The base salary ranges from $79,729.08 to $87,901.20 per year.
Additional pay: +5% for each of the following, which may stack: Intermediate Certificate, Advanced Certificate, Graveyard/Day Rotation, During Graveyard.
Sign‑On Bonus: $2,500 upon successful completion of one month of work; $2,500 upon successful completion of six months of work; $5,000 upon completion of the probationary period (one year).
Minimum Qualifications
Completion of a California POST‑certified Basic Police Academy.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to pass background investigation, psychological, and medical examinations.
Valid California driver’s license.
