Journeyman Service Plumber (Immediate Hire)

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of St. Louis County is launching a brand-new fleet of top-tier residential service trucks. We do not do seasonal winter layoffs, we do not make you drive rundown vans, and we do not stick you with subpar health insurance. We are an aggressive, growing company dedicated to taking over the local market. Top-Tier Hourly Pay: $45.00 to $60.00 per hour base pay (Guaranteed 40 hours a week). Option to switch to performance based pay model to earn more than fixed pay.
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 onboarding cash bonus for verified St. Uncapped Commissions & Spiffs: Earn extra percentage payouts on every service upgrade, water heater replacement, and customer contract.

Operate an independent residential service truck to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace home plumbing systems.
Expertly service tank/tankless water heaters, clear main sewer lines, perform camera inspections, and swap home fixtures.
Directly mentor and supervise a Registered Plumbing Apprentice on a legal, county-mandated 1-to-1 ratio when applicable.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professionally stocked vehicle.
Active Journeyman Plumber License issued specifically by St. Proven background operating a residential service truck with strong customer interaction skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Crucial for fleet insurance).
A proud, punctual professional who values neatness (wearing floor savers, keeping a clean job site).
