About Us: At Monmouth Behavioral Therapy Group, we provide high-quality behavioral services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. If you’re a new BCBA, we also offer comprehensive training and mentorship to help you grow into the role. Position Overview As a Full-Time BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating individualized behavior intervention plans, and supervising our team of behavior technicians. You’ll have the autonomy to create a schedule that works for you while managing the cases we assign, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality services to the individuals we serve. Whether you’re a seasoned BCBA or a recent certification holder, we will provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Provide supervision, training, and guidance to behavior technicians.

Stay up to date with the latest research and best practices in the field of behavior analysis.

Qualifications Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (or in the process of obtaining).

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience working as a BCBA is preferred, but we are open to training new BCBAs.

Strong knowledge of ABA principles and the ability to apply them effectively.

Flexible scheduling with the ability to manage your own caseload.

Comprehensive training and mentorship for new BCBAs.
