Manage all phases of the litigation process including investigation, pleadings, discovery, depositions, negotiations, settlement, and trial.

Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and briefs.

Represent clients in court, before government agencies, or in private legal matters.

Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.

Negotiate settlements for legal disputes.

Comply with all legal standards and regulations.

Perform legal research to support legal proceedings and to determine the advisability of defending or prosecuting lawsuits.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Licensed to practice law and in good standing.
• 5+ years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on litigation.
• Proficient in all areas of the litigation process, from inception through appeal.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and cases simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Ability to develop strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Proficient with legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
