The Role

Manage plaintiff-side Employment Litigation matters involving FEHA, discrimination and wrongful termination claims.

Draft pleadings, motions and substantive legal briefs.

Manage written discovery and litigation strategy.

Take and defend depositions.

Prepare matters for mediations, hearings and trial.

Build strong client relationships throughout the litigation process.

About You

4+ years' Employment Litigation experience.

Experience handling FEHA, discrimination and wrongful termination matters.

Experience taking and defending depositions.

Active California Bar admission in good standing.

Strong legal research, writing and advocacy skills.

Plaintiff-side or defense-side Employment Litigation experience welcomed.

Beverly Hills, California.

Hybrid working arrangement.

Package

Base salary from $150,000 to $275,000 DOE.

Opportunity to earn a percentage of qualifying cases.
