FULL TIME Associate Attorney

Location: Full-time, primarily on-site in Yardley, PA (5 days/week), with occasional work-related travel and standard PTO.

Note: Must have an active Pennsylvania or New Jersey bar license and 3+ years of litigation experience (insurance defense and or coverage experience strongly preferred).

Defend insurers and their insureds in first-party property and third-party liability matters

Manage cases from inception through resolution, including investigations, strategy, discovery, and motion practice

Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and key discovery materials; Communicate directly with insurers, corporate legal departments, and opposing counsel to drive outcomes

Coordinate with partners and senior counsel while also mentoring and supporting junior attorneys

JD from an accredited law school

3+ years of litigation experience (insurance defense and or coverage preferred)

Strong writing, analysis, and case-management skills across multiple deadlines
