Front Desk Receptionist-WEEKENDS OVERNIGHT

Reception Staff The reception staff are responsible for welcoming company members and visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone, referring inquiries, directing visitors and receiving mail.

Greet and appropriately help all visitors (appointments, vendors, deliveries, public with questions, etc.) Answer calls on multiline administrative number phone. Be alert to any security concerns, such as who is entering building, alarms, etc.

Label, store, and log found items and field inquiries.

Occasional miscellaneous routine office tasks such as labeling/stuffing envelopes, or other tasks as directed.

The bulk of the work hours will happen during regular business hours, with rare nights and weekends as the production schedule requires. Excellent customer service skills.

Elementary computer skills, such as email and Microsoft Word

Use close vision for computer and small fonts.
