Job Title: Step-Down RN

Pay: $2,390.04 weekly

Shifts: 36 or 48 hours, EOW & EOH

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Step-Down RN with expertise in caring for patients with cardiac and respiratory conditions. This travel contract offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, handling patient populations with complex needs such as congestive heart failure and respiratory failure.

Key Responsibilities of the Step-Down RN

Post-heart cath care and TR band management
Monitor and manage cardiac dysrhythmias, including interpretation and intervention
Manage respiratory support systems such as BiPAP, CPAP, and Vapotherm
Perform frequent vital signs and neurovascular checks
Administer and manage IVs, PICC lines, and cardiac drips

Requirements of the Step-Down RN

Valid BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Step-Down or Cardiac Care
Proficiency in dysrhythmia interpretation and management
Experience with cardiac telemetry, 12-lead EKG/ECG, and procedural sedation
