Head of Operations Management (m/w/d)

Execution of the applicable KPI’s per company standard to include “The Morning Routine” and operational aspects of “The Director’s Playbook”. Please refer to theCrane Worldwide Logistics OperationalKPI Standards addendum.

Accountable for production, supervision and discipline of employees, and conflict resolution.

Enforce policy and procedure compliance.

Train employees on job specific duties and develops employees through coaching.

Make suggestions and show initiative for process improvements.

Assist Operations Manager with planning and budget process.

Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment

Client Service - manages difficult client situations, responds promptly to client needs and welcomes client feedback.

Quality management - look for ways to improve and promote quality and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.

High school diploma or GED required.
